What can I expect from Bridgerton: The Experience?

The event is a 90-minute immersive experience based on the Bridgerton show. You will be received by our very own Queen Charlotte, who will welcome you to her ballroom. Our string quartet will play iconic pieces inspired by the Bridgerton soundtrack while our two performers tell you a beautiful love story through regency, modern and acrobatic dance. There will be many opportunities to interact with the members of the cast and with representations of the most iconic sets of the show, such as the modiste and the painting studio.

Will there be interaction with the performers?

Yes, you will be able to interact with the performers, and some fortunate guests will even be able to participate in the performance itself.

Do you need to know/watch the series before you attend?

No, you don’t need to have watched the show to participate in the experience.

Can I buy drinks onsite?

A variety of drinks will be available to purchase at the experience.

Will there be a cloakroom?

Yes, a cloakroom will be available at the venue. Coat check costs CA$5 for General Admission and is free for VIP guests.  While this cloakroom is managed by event staff, guests leave their belongings at their own risk.

How old do I need to be?

You will need to be over 16. If you are younger than 18, you must be accompanied by an adult (18 or older). In order to consume alcohol you must be over 19 with valid ID.

What should I wear?

Dressing up is highly encouraged but not required to have a good time at the ball. Cocktail, semi-formal, formal, or regency inspired… Bring your royal attitude and you'll have the same great experience no matter what! Our on-site modiste also offers a variety of fun accessories to add to your attire to enhance your outfit.

What ticket types are there?

There will be standard and VIP tickets available. VIP tickets include early entry to the ball, a welcome glass of champagne, 20% discount on merchandise and access to the exclusive VIP Area.

Tickets will need to be purchased prior to the event and all tickets will be sold online.

How will I receive my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section.

You will also receive a confirmation email from hello@feverup.com with the ticket's QR code shortly after booking your tickets. If you cannot find the message in your inbox, please check your spam folder or contact us here for assistance (do not make a second booking).

Please note: in order to buy a ticket you must sign up to Fever via Facebook, Gmail or another email account.

Question 18

I can't find my ticket. What can I do?

You can find your ticket and its QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from Google Play and the Apple Store. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.

Can I exchange my ticket or get a refund?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to get a refund. However, you can change the date of your ticket up to 5 days before the day of the session you purchased. To change your ticket date or time, email us here.

Question 20

If the event is canceled because of Covid, will I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

If government restrictions or recommendations result in the cancellation or delay of the event, we will endeavor to reschedule your ticket. If we cannot reschedule your ticket to another date and session that hasn’t already sold out, we will issue you a refund. In this instance, please contact us for more information and make sure to include your ticket order number in your email.

Question 21

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Tickets are issued in the buyer’s name and may be used by guests who are not the named ticket buyer. It is the ticket buyer's responsibility to forward all event communications to the rest of their party.

The ticket buyer will be able to transfer ticket(s) to other guests. It is as easy as clicking Transfer Tickets on your ticket on the Fever app. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number. Tickets are available in the confirmation email and in the Fever app under Tickets.

I can’t make it to any of the dates available. Will you be having more sessions?

Can I take photos or record the experience?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and there will be several photo opportunities throughout the experience. We encourage guests to take and share pictures. However, please refrain from using flash when taking pictures of performers. Don’t forget to tag us at @bridgertonexperience!
