You’re invited to a once-in-a-lifetime night out in a Regency-esque world. Join us at a magnificent ball for a unique immersive party with drinks, music, dancing, and flourishing romance. Just as the Duke and Daphne found love in season 1, watch as a love story unfolds before your eyes at The Queen’s Ball.

Step back in time with us as you learn new regency dance steps and interact with actors dressed in exquisite period costumes. The Queen herself is hosting this grand ball so be on the watch because she will be looking for her Diamond of the Evening.

THE EXPERIENCE

What can I expect from Bridgerton: The Experience?

The event is a 90-minute immersive experience based on the Bridgerton show. You will be received by our very own Queen Charlotte, who will welcome you to her ballroom. Our live musicians will play iconic pieces inspired by the Bridgerton soundtrack while our two performers tell you a beautiful love story through acrobatics and dance. There will be many opportunities to interact with the members of the cast and with representations of the most iconic scenarios of the show, such as the painting studio.

Where is the event located?

The experience will take place at Mediapro Manhattan Studio, on 37th St between 10th and 11th Ave. Get directions.

Will there be interaction with the performers?

Yes, you will be able to interact with the performers, and some fortunate guests will even be able to participate in the performance itself.

Do you need to know/watch the series before you attend?

No, you don’t need to have watched the show to participate in the experience.

Can I buy drinks onsite?

A variety of drinks will be available to purchase at the experience.

Is there assigned seating?

This is not a seated event. Chairs are not available throughout the experience. However ADA requests can be made if required, please reach out to us in advance, here.

ACCESS

How old do I need to be?

You will need to be over 16. If you are younger than 18, you must be accompanied by an adult (18 or older). In order to consume alcohol you must be over 21+ with valid ID.

The venue is accessible to people with reduced mobility. We are happy to help with more information and special accommodations! Since every situation is unique, please contact us in advance.

What should I wear?

Dressing up is highly encouraged but not required to have a good time at the ball. Cocktail, semi-formal, formal, or regency inspired… Bring your royal attitude and you'll have the same great experience no matter what! Our on-site boutique also offers a variety of fun accessories to add to your attire to enhance your outfit.

What are the timings?

There are different start times from Wednesday to Sunday, and you can choose your preferred timing.

When should I arrive?

We recommend that you arrive in advance to ensure that you can enter when the doors open.

Is there parking available?

There is no parking available in the venue. We recommend getting there by ride-hailing or by public transportation.

Where can I get tickets?

What ticket types are there?

There will be two ticket types available: General Admission and The Queen’s Court tickets.

General Admission: includes standard entry to the experience
The Queen’s Court: includes early entry with a glass of Archer Roose Sparkling Wine or any other drink (signature cocktail, mocktail or others to choose from) + an exclusive VIP collectible and tote bag valued over $25
Group Bundle (General or Queen's Court): 6+ tickets at a reduced price

How much are the tickets?

Ticket prices vary depending on the date and time of the session. More information can be found here.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Tickets are issued in the buyer’s name and may be used by guests who are not the named ticket buyer. It is the ticket buyer's responsibility to forward all event communications to the rest of their party.

The ticket buyer will be able to transfer ticket(s) to other guests. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever app. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number. Tickets are available in the confirmation email and in the Fever app under "Tickets".

Can I purchase tickets at the door?

Tickets will need to be purchased prior to the event and all tickets will be sold online.

How will I receive my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section.
You will receive an email confirmation from hello@feverup.com with the ticket's QR code shortly after booking your tickets. If you cannot find the message in your inbox, please check your spam folder or contact us here for assistance (do not make a second booking). Once your order has been processed it can neither be rescheduled or canceled, so please review your booking carefully before checking out.

Please note: in order to buy a ticket you must sign up to Fever via Facebook, Gmail or another email account.

I can't find my ticket. What can I do?

You can find your ticket and its QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from Google Play and the Apple Store. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us .

Can I exchange my ticket or get a refund?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can refer to our T&Cs.

Where do I collect my pre-purchased accessory pack or treats add-ons?

You'll receive a QR code in your add-on ticket confirmation. Present this on our merch cart for your accessories or at the Archer Roose Wine Cart, next to the main bar, for your treats.

Can I host a private event?

Yes: to inquire about a full session buyout, please contact us here. If a private buyout sounds like a bit much, you can always buy group tickets for non-exclusive visits at a discounted price here.

MISCELLANEOUS

Can I take photos or record the experience?

Yes, and there will be several photo opportunities throughout the experience. We encourage guests to take and share pictures. However, please refrain from using flash when taking pictures of performers. Don’t forget to tag us at @bridgertonexperience!

Will there be strobe lights?

Although there will be flashing lights, strobe lights will not be used.

Are restrooms available at the venue?

Yes, restrooms are provided.

Will there be a cloakroom?

Yes, there will be a self coat check available.

Is there anything I shouldn’t bring?

Smoking or vaping is not permitted within the venue.

Will there be food at the experience?
