The event is a 90-minute immersive experience based on the Bridgerton show. You will be received by our very own Queen Charlotte, who will welcome you to her ballroom. Our string trio will play iconic pieces inspired by the Bridgerton soundtrack while our two performers tell you a beautiful love story through regency, modern and acrobatic dance. There will be many opportunities to interact with the members of the cast and with representations of the most iconic scenarios of the show, such as the modiste and the painting studio.rio

Yes, you will be able to interact with the performers, and some fortunate guests will even be able to participate in the performance itself.

No, you don’t need to have watched the show to participate in the experience.

A variety of drinks will be available to purchase at the experience.

No. The bar is cashless; only cards will be admitted.

Yes, a paid cloakroom will be available at the venue. While this cloakroom is managed by event staff, guests leave their belongings at their own risk.

You will need to be over 16. In order to consume alcohol you must be over 21+ with valid ID.

We also offer special family sessions here for children aged 8-15.

Yes you do, this apply for all sessions and ages.  One adult can take responsibility for a group of several minors.

The overflow parking is at 3725 Wynkoop St Denver 80216. The garage is located off Wynkoop Street between 36th Street and 37th Street. Both entrances are off of Wynkoop street. If you are coming off Brighton Blvd, turn east on 36th Street and then North onto Wynkoop Street. If you are coming off 38th Street, turn south on Wynkoop and head towards 36th Street. The entrances will be on the west side of the street.

There will be standard and VIP tickets available. VIP tickets include early entry to the ball, a welcome glass of champagne, 20% discount on merchandise, access to the exclusive VIP Area, and front-of-the-line treatment.

You will receive an email confirmation from hello@feverup.com with the ticket's QR code shortly after booking your tickets. If you cannot find the message in your inbox, please check your spam folder or contact us here for assistance (do not make a second booking). Once your order has been processed it can neither be rescheduled or canceled, so please review your booking carefully before checking out.

Please note: in order to buy a ticket you must sign up to Fever via Facebook, Gmail or another email account.

You can find your ticket and its QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from Google Play and the Apple Store. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us .

Unfortunately, it is not possible to get a refund. However, you can change the date of your ticket up to 5 days before the day of the session you purchased. To change your ticket date or time, email us here.

You'll receive a QR code alongside your tickets via email. Present this on our merch cart located at the lobby of the experience to collect your finishing touches pack.

If government restrictions or recommendations result in the cancellation or delay of the event, we will endeavor to reschedule your ticket. If we cannot reschedule your ticket to another date and session that hasn’t already sold out, we will issue you a refund. In this instance, please contact us for more information and make sure to include your ticket order number in your email.

Tickets are issued in the buyer’s name and may be used by guests who are not the named ticket buyer. It is the ticket buyer's responsibility to forward all event communications to the rest of their party.

The ticket buyer will be able to transfer ticket(s) to other guests. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever app. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number. Tickets are available in the confirmation email and in the Fever app under "Tickets".

To mitigate the risks associated with Covid-19, the Event Provider reserves the right to implement health restrictions, warnings or guidance at any time and communicate these to visitors on the Event website and in person at the Event site.

Proof of full vaccination will not be required.

Visitors experiencing symptoms associated with Covid-19, or who have recently been in contact with a person experiencing symptoms, are asked not to attend the Event.

Yes, and there will be several photo opportunities throughout the experience. We encourage guests to take and share pictures. However, please refrain from using flash when taking pictures of performers. Don’t forget to tag us at @bridgertonexperience!
