THE EXPERIENCE
What can I expect from Bridgerton: The Experience?
The event is a 90-minute immersive experience based on the Bridgerton show. You will be received by our very own Queen Charlotte, who will welcome you to her ballroom. Our string quartet will play iconic pieces inspired by the Bridgerton soundtrack while our two performers tell you a beautiful love story through regency, modern and acrobatic dance. There will be many opportunities to interact with the members of the cast and with representations of the most iconic scenarios of the show, such as the modiste and the painting studio.
Where is the event located?
The experience will take place at XS Tennis and Education Foundation, transformed into a beautiful 1800s royal ballroom.
Will there be interaction with the performers?
Yes, you will be able to interact with the performers, and some fortunate guests will even be able to participate in the performance itself.
Do you need to know/watch the series before you attend?
No, you don’t need to have watched the show to participate in the experience.
Can I buy drinks onsite?
A variety of drinks will be available to purchase at the experience.
Can I use cash at the bar?
No. The bar is cashless; only cards will be admitted.
Will there be a cloakroom?
Yes, a cloakroom will be available at the venue ($2 per item).
ACCESS
How old do I need to be?
You will need to be over 16. If you are younger than 18, you must be accompanied by an adult (18 or older). In order to consume alcohol you must be over 21 with valid ID.
I want to come with my friends and we are younger than 18 years old, do we need to come with an adult?
Yes you do, one adult can take responsibility for a group of several minors.
When should I arrive?
In order for the session to start on time, we recommend you arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled entry time.
Special Accommodations and ADA requests?
The venue is accessible to people with reduced mobility. We are happy to help with more information and special accommodations! Since every situation is unique, please contact us in advance.
Do I have to dress up?
We encourage our guests to dress up for the ball, but this is not mandatory.
What are the timings?
There are different start times from Tuesday to Sunday, and you can choose your preferred timing.
Is there parking available?
Yes, parking spaces are available for $15, and valet service for $25.

What ticket types are there?
There will be standard and VIP tickets available. VIP tickets include early entry to the ball, a welcome glass of champagne, 20% discount on merchandise, access to the exclusive VIP Area, and front-of-the-line treatment.
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
Tickets will need to be purchased prior to the event and all tickets will be sold online.
How much are the tickets?
Ticket prices vary depending on the date and time of the session. For more information, please see the ticket section on this website.
How will I receive my ticket?
You will receive an email confirmation from hello@feverup.com with the ticket's QR code shortly after booking your tickets. If you cannot find the message in your inbox, please check your spam folder or contact us here for assistance (do not make a second booking). Once your order has been processed it can neither be rescheduled or canceled, so please review your booking carefully before checking out.
Please note: in order to buy a ticket you must sign up to Fever via Facebook, Gmail or another email account.
I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
You can find your ticket and its QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from Google Play and the Apple Store. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I exchange my ticket or get a refund?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to get a refund. However, you can change the date of your ticket up to 5 days before the day of the session you purchased. To change your ticket date or time, email us here.
If the event is canceled because of Covid, will I get a refund?
If government restrictions or recommendations result in the cancellation or delay of the event, we will endeavor to reschedule your ticket. If we cannot reschedule your ticket to another date and session that hasn’t already sold out, we will issue you a refund. In this instance, please contact us for more information and make sure to include your ticket order number in your email.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Tickets are issued in the buyer’s name and may be used by guests who are not the named ticket buyer. It is the ticket buyer's responsibility to forward all event communications to the rest of their party.
The ticket buyer will be able to transfer ticket(s) to other guests. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever app. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number. Tickets are available in the confirmation email and in the Fever app under "Tickets".
I can’t make it to any of the dates available. Will you be having more sessions?

MISCELLANEOUS
Is the event Covid-19 safe?
To mitigate the risks associated with Covid-19, the Event Provider reserves the right to implement health restrictions, warnings or guidance at any time and communicate these to visitors on the Event website and in person at the Event site.
Proof of full vaccination will not be required.
Visitors experiencing symptoms associated with Covid-19, or who have recently been in contact with a person experiencing symptoms, are asked not to attend the Event.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Yes, and there will be several photo opportunities throughout the experience. We encourage guests to take and share pictures. However, please refrain from using flash when taking pictures of performers. Don’t forget to tag us at @bridgertonexperience!
